Living Lightly - Issue 5 - September 2006
Welcome to the 5th edition of the Living Lightly newsletter.
This is a very interesting time and several things I have been working towards for a long time are coming to fruition. There is increased public interest in creativity in the guise of Cosmic Ordering. We can all create what we choose. There is a need to set out goals and desires but we also need to allow things to develop in the universe’s time and place. Our part is to be patient and to maintain our focus. In many ways the universe fulfills our desires immediately by putting in place the means, but they grow and develop in their own time. If we lose focus and pay attention elsewhere we might undo what we originally desired. One final point about creating is to try to align to the universal will. Creativity is so much more powerful when the strength of the universe is behind it. Hope you enjoy the newsletter.

Powerful Love
Jesus is a divine incarnation on Earth. I say 'is' because Jesus attained Cosmic Consciousness, the same Cosmic Consciousness that is available to us all right now, something very much alive. We must remember, especially at this time of year, that Jesus is Universal Unconditional Love, something for everyone to feel in their lives, not just those celebrating Jesus' birth. The term 'Christ' was being used in India several centuries before the Christian era as an appellation for those great Masters who had attained Cosmic Consciousness. Indeed, Krishna (Christna) was also called Christ.

Lotus Flower Meditation
A meditation to clear and purify the 7 levels of the aura
Sit comfortably with your feet firmly on the ground and your back straight but not rigid.
Take your awareness to your breath and allow yourself to become more and more relaxed with every breath that you take.
A beam of golden white light comes down from the heavens and penetrates your body through your crown, travelling down the back of your head, following your spine, carrying on down your legs, through the soles of your feet and straight to the centre of the earth. You are in perfect balance between Heaven and Earth.

A Letter from Jerusalem
Dear Friends, Three days ago, just before sunrise, I have landed back in Israel after almost a month in Europe. What a big difference between here and there! But under the surface - it is the same. Same people, same hearts, same hurts, same fears, same longing, same hope.
It is getting clearer and clearer to me that "The War" is a big, well acted, very convincing drama. Behind the scenes something real is happening and does not get our attention. What is going on? For the first time since I found myself involved in the Israeli-Palestinian love affair, I hear a clear and true voice from many if not all my Palestinian partners, saying:
"We are ready to drop the past, let go of all that happened to us, leave our suffering and pain behind, and look forward to the future with an open heart."

Energy Practice
Sometimes, trying to explain what you are doing when meditating or practicing energy exercises is quite a challenge. Its as if there is a gulf of understanding between yourself and the other person. In truth, this gap can only be filled by personal experience, but how do you begin to bridge that gap if people are uncertain about trying something new?
